These terms cover your use of this website. They’re short because the website is simple: it describes our work and lets you contact us.
This website is run by Five Orbits ([registered legal name (W4)]). You can reach us at hello@fiveorbits.com.
They cover reading and using fiveorbits.com. They don’t cover work we do for clients: every project has its own written agreement, and that agreement is what applies to it.
Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Scope, price and timing are agreed in writing for each project.
The text, images, logo and design of this website, and Sortaring and its art, belong to Five Orbits.
You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. Please ask before reusing our images or larger parts of the text.
We link to other websites, such as Sortaring’s site and app stores. We don’t control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
We keep this website accurate and up to date as best we can, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it’s complete, current or always available.
As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for losses that come from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
How we handle what you send us through the inquiry form, and our analytics, is explained on the privacy page.
These terms are governed by [governing law and courts (W4)].
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
